What is art-deco lighting? The art-deco lighting came into the market in the early twentieth century and became popular after some years. Basically these lamps were famous for their architectural designs and geometric and angular shapes. Also the material used in it, the chrome, was novel at that time. But even today, this art-deco lighting is one of the most attractive pieces of lamps available in the market. The use of glass was peculiar too. They used sandblasted, etched, and enameled glass to make the lights more serene!
Pendant lighting is not to be mistaken for chandelier lighting, which casts a softer more ambient light. Pendant lighting is usually hung from a single sconce on the ceiling from which sprouts a single chain or metal tube. The lamp shade itself is the "pendant" that dangles at the end.
Apart from the stained glass in the art deco lighting, you can also go for the glass orbs. This is however available in plenty and the glass orbs are a common theme in the art deco lighting. This can add a different color to your room where you install them. At the same time, these lamps can also work as the night light in your room.
